After three decades at the sharp end of sales and marketing for manufacturing companies, ranging from pro audio equipment to military hardwear and clients from Abbey Road to BAE our founder had seen enough.

 

Once driven by innovation and service, these organisations had become bogged down by cost-cutting cultures, toxic work spaces, internal politics, and a dangerous focus on short-term gains over long-term value.

He watched as genuine customer service was replaced with box-ticking. Sales teams were left undertrained and unsupported. Marketing became reactive, fragmented, and disconnected from the real needs of the market. Talented people were burning out, and customers were slipping away.

With 30 years of hard-earned experience and a deep belief that sales and marketing should drive growth, not just manage decline he decided to walk away from the boardroom and build something better.

Mark is a father, musician, and advanced scuba diver, an authentic, creative, and results-driven commercial leader with a passion for bringing bold ideas to life.

With more than 35 years of international experience in business development and technology solution sales, Mark is a strategic thinker known for achieving measurable commercial impact. His career spans senior roles across global markets, where he has consistently driven business growth through focused sales strategies, innovative marketing, and data-driven insights.

​

Mark has held sales leadership positions at FTSE-listed companies, led high-performing global teams, and delivered hundreds of coaching and mentoring sessions with lasting influence. He is highly proficient in leading CRM systems and an experienced practitioner of Miller Heiman and Shipley sales methodologies.

​

In addition to his sales and marketing expertise, Mark is an accomplished R&D tax credit advisor, helping innovative companies secure growth funding by optimising their claims. His unique blend of commercial acumen and technical funding knowledge equips him to support high-growth businesses across a wide range of industries.
